With over a decade of experience in various leadership positions, Beth Martin is an executive level professional with a unique blend of expertise drawing from work in political campaigns, community organizing, government, nonprofit and small business. After leading Houston’s bike share system as Executive Director, Beth currently serves on the board of the City of Houston’s Bicycle Advisory Committee, as well as Your Houston, a local nonprofit; and provides strategic consulting for a local small business specializing in home services. Beth also previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff for a Texas State Representative. Beth hails from Dallas and Austin, but proudly calls Houston home. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University and a certificate in the Leadership Institute for Nonprofit Executives program at Glasscock School of Continuing Studies. In her free time, Beth enjoys music, podcasts, soccer and social bike rides.
