Mark Amelang is an inspirational leader, educator, and business executive with a focus on global market development. Mark currently serves ad President and CEO of AlignESG and is a champion of ESG and sustainability with a focus on the energy transition and ClimaTech. He has held executive leadership positions at Explor, CGG, EMC, and ION Geophysical. His experience ranges from the US to Latin America, Africa, Europe, Russia/Eastern Block, as well as Asia and India. Mark’s global experience serves as a platform for the understanding of, and concern for, educations and sustainability issues. Mr. Amelang is currently completing his Doctorate in Ethical Leadership with a focus on social justice and sustainability at the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. In addition, he holds a BS in Human Resources Management and an Executive MBA in International Business.
