Sarah Cove is a Managing Director of The Taligens Group, a Houston-based management consulting company specializing in strategy mobilization and cultural alignment. With a passion for creating purpose-driven environments centered around trust, Sarah has implemented large-scale strategic programs across the globe in a variety of industries including utilities, O&G, manufacturing, and technology. Sarah is actively engaged in conversations and activities about the future role of the corporation in society; workforce development and economic mobility in both urban and rural centers; and how we create an environmentally, financially, and socially sustainable world. Sarah serves as President of the Board for Capital IDEA Houston, a non-profit which invests in working adults by providing educational pathways from low-wage to living-wage careers. She also serves on the board of CleanTX, a non-profit focused on accelerating the growth of cleantech and renewable energy in Texas. Sarah holds a B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University and lives in Houston, TX.
